Looking for an experienced MC to act as your Master of Ceremonies and guide you and your guests through your reception?

Our MC’s are well trained and have several years of experience performing at weddings. They will meet with you ahead of time and go over your timeline and planning guide so on your wedding day you can just enjoy the day. This package covers up to 4 hours of reception time.

Full Wedding Package (Ceremony + Reception) 

Wanting all-inclusive coverage of your ceremony and reception with an experienced MC to guide you and your guests through the day?

Including everything in the MC Package… This package starts at the ceremony and continues throughout your reception. It begins with background music as your guests are seated for your ceremony. A wireless lapel microphone is also included, allowing your guests to follow along as you say your vows. Access to the sound system is available as needed for up to 3 singers or musicians. This package covers up to 5 hours of ceremony/reception time.

Jes Webb Exclusive (Ceremony + Reception)

Includes up to two sound systems for both the ceremony and reception, with Jes Webb as your MC for Six hours and covers everything you need for the day.

This package was developed as a more exclusive package including a highly skilled MC at your service.  Jes has been in the industry for 30 years.  He definitely knows music, but what he is skilled at from his years of training is how to read a crowd and keep everything running smoothly for you and your guests.  Starting with your ceremony and continuing through cocktails, dinner, and onto the reception, Jes will work with you to create the perfect flow of announcements and music for your big day.  He includes additional speakers and/or a second sound system, along with a wireless lapel microphone, allowing your guests to follow along during the ceremony.  Access to the sound system is also available for additional singers and musicians.

Sound System Rental Only 

Only need a sound system for background music, ceremony, or maybe your own DJ? 

Rent what you need from us.  Our quality PA systems are large enough to cover groups of up to 150 people.  The price includes delivery, setup, basic training, and retrieval.  Each system comes with a wireless microphone, mixer, speakers on stands, and is always iPad friendly.

With this package comes a highly trained MC who has many years of experience making announcements and hosting awards ceremonies. Your experienced MC is capable of keeping a timeline, and most importantly is skilled at reading a crowd and infusing just the right energy and music to keep your party from feeling slow. This package covers up to 5 hours of event time.

Employee Relations Package: 

Includes everything from the Corporate package, plus a projection video screen that plays your company logo, live footage of the event, computer animation during dancing and a video montage of the employees of your company. The montage is produced by our video production facility using up to 100 photos supplied by you. 10 copies of the DVD are included, cased with a full color cover, to keep or give as door prizes to your employees. Along with having an amazing evening with your employees, our hope is that everyone will leave the party feeling good about what they do and where they work. The MC package includes a performer that is very comfortable in the role of DJ, MC, or Host. We will bring a mirror ball & pin spot along with 3 other lighting effects. Your experienced MC will make all of your announcements, is capable of keeping a timeline, and most importantly is skilled at reading a crowd and infusing just the right energy and music to keep your party from feeling slow. This package covers up to 5 hours of event time.

Big Screen Package: 

Everything from the MC package is included plus, a projection video screen that plays music videos, computer animation during the dancing, live footage of the event itself and a video montage of your life story (see the description below). For less than the cost of a 2-hour movie ticket for each student, our cutting edge equipment, energetic DJs, and music programming make us the obvious choice for your next big event. After School Package:

Includes up to 3 hours of continuous music based on requests from the students. This package is available weekdays for events ending before 7 pm from October through June 12th and includes basic lighting equipment.

Weekender Package: 

The Weekender includes up to 4 hours of continuous music. Requests given to us before your event are screened to meet the criteria set by the school’s administration, Music requested during the event will be screened as time permits. This entry-level package is available for an event held on any day of the week from September 20th to the following May 20th. Four lighting effects are included.”

Uptown Club Package: 

Turn your dance into a nightclub-style atmosphere, beginning with two professional light stands and a minimum of 8 lighting effects to bring your dance floor to life, including colored floodlights, blacklight, and moving heads. For themed events, substitutions are available on a case by case basis. The Uptown Club DJ will play your requests. Requests given to us before your event are screened to meet the criteria set by the school’s administration, Music requested during the event will be screened as time permits. This package is available for an event held on any day, during any time of the year

Ultimate Package: 

Our most popular package for Homecomings and Proms, you will not be disappointed with our ability to combine lighting, video, and sound for a dance unmatched anywhere in the region. Included in this package are four light stands and truss loaded with strobing lights, floods, moving head intelligent lights, and blacklights. When permitted, haze machines will be used to show the beams of light streaming through the air. We also bring video projection play screened music videos, computer animation, and footage of the event itself. Requests given before your event are screened to meet the criteria set forth by the school’s administration, while music requested during the event screened as time permits. This package is available for an event held on any day, during any time of the year. You will have to see it to believe it!

Grad Night Ultimate Package:

Included in this package is light stands loaded with a minimum of 8 lighting effects. When permitted, haze machines will be used. The Grad Night Ultimate Package includes up to 8 hours of continuous music based on requests given by your school during and before the event, with an MC capable of participating in games, giveaways, and announcements. Additional options are available such as design elements, interactive technologies, gaming systems, and photobooths, video projection systems. Just ask!
