Project: SiS-Q Communications
Category: Commercial Spot
Workdays: 3

Overview: SIS-Q Communications wanted to try advertising on local Cable TV in late 2006. Charter Cable offers in house services for their own customers, however SIS-Q Communications wanted more control and flexibility than is offered in this price range.

Description: It took four hours to shoot this commercial. A professional Actress and Grip were hired to help with the lighting. The commercial had two narrations; one was for the Phoenix Oregon location (seen here), and another copy was made for a following marketing blitz for the store in Grants Pass. Both commercials were aired in their respective markets allowing SIS-Q Communications to target their audience. The narration was provided by Tony Scardino (Sopranos, Law And Order, Rosanne) while the music was selected from our in house library.

Project:
Treasures of our Community
Category: Commercial Spot
Workdays: 1

Overview: the RCC Scholarship Foundation needed a commercial spot for a fund raiser. Air time was donated by the local cable company but the commercial itself needed to be done by an outside firm.

Description: Only logos and logistical details were provided. Graphics and video of the card game were obtained from our in house library while the script and narration were provided by Mike Campbell.

Project:
Timber Mark Industries
Category: Industrial/Informational
Workdays: about 4 (over a two month period)

Overview: Timbermark Industries and the US Forest Service wanted to test a system for marking timber sales from the air. They needed a video that demonstrated the use of the equipment to federal various administrators across the country. This prevented the more costly alternative of on site demonstrations.

Description: One day was spent on the Siskiyou National Forest for taping the video footage. The interview happened weeks later using a local park for the background. Pictures were provided by the client. The logo was extracted from an existing web page as requested.

Project:
Bright Futures Foundation
Category: Non Profit/Informational
Workdays: Approximately 24

Overview: The Bright Futures Foundation is a non profit agency focused on providing health care and education in developing countries where such services are either unavailable or too expensive for those living in poverty. This tape is used at fund raising presentations where a member of Bright Futures explains what the organization does. The speaker then shows the tape as an overview and follows with a Q&A period.

Description: Most of Bright Future’s work takes place in Nepal. 29 hours of footage was recorded during a 21 day trip to the area in 2006 while more footage was taped in 2007. This is one of several projects that Bright Futures will use from the footage with each project having a specific purpose or target audience.

Project:
AMR Contract Renewal
Category: Informational/Motivational
Workdays: Approximately 9

Overview: American Medical Response had an exclusive contract to provide Ambulance services with the city of Vancouver Washington. When the contract was about to expire
Vancouver had the option of renewing the contract without going through the bidding process. AMR would likely win a bid for the services, however convincing the city to simply renew the existing contract would be cheaper than repeating the process over. This tape was designed to demonstrate the value of AMR’s expertise and commitment to the city’s community and decision makers.

Description: The video was shot over the course of two days with a week budgeted for post production. Graphics were custom designed by Kevin Williams at Fizzbang design.
