THE STAFF Jes Webb - Owner Jes was born June 8, 1970 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He moved to Grants Pass in 1975 and has been a Mobile Entertainer since 1986. Jes has a background in Theatre and Technical Production. He studied in Williamstown Massachusetts under Bob Burns (the Burns Summer Learning Center), and BETA (Berkshire Ensemble for the Theatre Arts). He attends conferences in Reno, Los Angeles and Las Vegas to further his training and knowledge of the industry. To date, Jes has personally performed at over 6,000 events. With all of his experience and personality, he knows how to please a crowd. He is also involved in several aspects of our production department, including Camera Operator, Direction, and Post Production, and Legal Video Specialist (video depositions). His credits include Rescue 911, Classmates.com and the Fox Network's Reunion Show, The Montel Williams Show, and the United States Congress. He is a recipient of the Oregon Department of Health's Media Recognition Award for Video Production. When taking a break from Sights and Sounds, Jes enjoys movies, traveling, and spending time with his family. He belongs to Rotary International and Rural/Metro Fire Department (Public Information Officer). He is also an avid volunteer for projects in his community, including Access Food Share, The Boys and Girls Club of Josephine County, and Options of Southern Oregon. He currently sits on the board of the Bright Futures Foundation. Justin Dietz - Senior DJ Casey Kamps - Technical Manager Casey came on board in August 2007. Casey manages and maintains our equipment and attends to the needs of our DJs. With any time left over, Casey works in our postproduction department. Casey has a background in Projection Equipment and Movie Theatre production, and has mastered a long list of training/certification courses, including Lucas Arts THX, Dolby Laboratories, and JBL. His unparalled attention to detail fills a niche we needed in production. Have you ever watched the long list of film credits at the end of a movie? You might find Casey’s name. Casey also owns CLK Inc., a company he created which performs contract work in his areas of expertise.
Kerin Sharma - Producers AssistantKerin is an unofficial employee of Sights and Sounds Unlimited. During our Bright Futures Foundation work in Nepal for both 2006 and 2007 we needed an interpreter familiar with the region and the program. Kerin was happy to oblige and quickly proved to us he was very bright. He is a go to guy, and understands direction. Kerin assisted with camera operations, sound, and lighting. While his future plans include pursuing a career in Video and Film production he presently resides in Nepal to finish secondary school. Raymond Scully - MC/DJRaymond Scully is a 15-year veteran of on-mic performances. He has worked as a DJ in commercial and public radio, has been an MC at live concerts, public and private events, and has been the voice for TV commercials, promotional material, as well as film and video productions. His years as Program Director for KRVM-FM, Eugene, broadened his musical knowledge, helping him get the experience needed to play all types of music at all types of events. Raymond is confident, detailed, and light hearted in his performances.
