Jes Webb – Owner

Jes Web - OwnerJes was born June 8, 1970 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.  He moved to Grants Pass in 1975 and has been a Mobile Entertainer since 1986.  Jes has a background in Theatre and Technical Production.  He studied in Williamstown Massachusetts under Bob Burns (the Burns Summer Learning Center), and BETA (Berkshire Ensemble for the Theatre Arts).  He attends conferences in Reno, Los Angeles and Las Vegas to further his training and knowledge of the industry.  To date, Jes has personally performed at over 6,000 events.  With all of his experience and personality you can bet he knows how to please a crowd.
He is also involved in several aspects of our production department including Camera Operator, Direction, and Post Production, and Legal Video Specialist (video depositions).  His credits include Rescue 911, Classmates.com and the Fox Network’s Reunion Show, The Montel Williams Show, and the United States Congress.  He is a recipient of the Oregon Department of Health’s Media Recognition Award for Video Production.
When taking a break from Sights and Sounds Jes enjoys watching movies, traveling, and spending time with his family.  He belongs to Rotary International and Rural Metro Fire Department (Public Information Officer).  He is also an avid volunteer for projects in his community, including Access Food Share, The Boys and Girls Club of Josephine County, and Options of Southern Oregon.  He currently sits on the board of the Bright Futures Foundation.

Justin Dietz – Senior DJ/MC

Justin Dietz - Senior DJ/MCJustin (A.K.A. DJ Eternal) was born October 4, 1977 in Carson City, California.  He started DJ’ing in 1992 and has performed at various locations between Northern California and Eugene.  He briefly trained in Las Vegas during February of 2002.  He has extensive nightclub experience in the Rogue Valley, including local hot spots Vibe-Main 1, The Laughing Clam, High Waters, and Outback Lounge in Grants Pass.  Sights and Sounds was fortunate to have him join our company in 1997.  Justin has a real ability to interact with the crowd, which comes through at every event.  Aside from his Mixing and MC skills, Justin is Sights and Sounds Unlimited’s in house graphic artist.

Mike Campbell – DJ/MCMike Campbell

Approachable, fun-loving, humble, and light-hearted are just a few words used to describe Mike Campbell.  As an experienced MC, Mike is flexible, reliable, and easy to work with.  Coming from a family of musicians, Mike has been performing his whole life in one way or another, and takes pride in helping to make your event memorable.  He’s a big fan of all types of music: Hip-Hop, Disco, Motown, Rock, Country, Soul, Jazz, Blues–you name it, he loves to sing it, play it, or listen to it.  When he’s not working for Sights and Sounds, Michael owns and operates a voice over-recording studio for his own production and marketing clients

Rain Redfield – DJ/MC

Rain was born and raised in Grants Pass. He started DJ’ing for Sights and Sounds Unlimited when he was 15 years old. Over the last two decades he has become both a seasoned DJ and Entertainer. Rain spent nearly 10 years in Seattle and Denver expanding his love of music, culture, and night life. Living outside the valley didn’t take away his small town virtue and he prides himself on being a good guy. Rain moved back to Southern Oregon in the summer of 2008 to resume his career with Sights and Sounds. He has extensive experience with weddings, school functions, private parties, and night clubs. In addition to being a well-rounded DJ, Rain is also one of Southern Oregon’s few DJ’s who is ordained. In his spare time, Rain is active in community theatre, dance, outdoor athletics, and photography.
